CAP Barbell 110 lb Olympic Weight Set with 3-Piece Thread Lock Olympic Weightlifting Straight Bar

the bar was a bit tough putting together at first, but once it was fully assembled it felt strong and durable. the cm=lamps that came with the set work fine, but i did upgrade to the locking type instead. Weights are easy to put on and take off the bar. I would not add too much more weight to the set because this is still a 3 piece bar and i think even box says max weight to put on each side.

I recently bought this barbell and weight set, and I am incredibly happy with the purchase. The barbell has a great grip that feels secure without tearing up my hands. The weight plates are highly durable, fit perfectly onto the sleeve, and do not slide around during my lifts.It is the perfect setup for squats, deadlifts, and bench presses at home. i love these. perfect starter kit at reasonable price.. BUT.. the additional plates like the 45lb plates are pretty high in price these days .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This weight set is super nice and really gets a good workout in at home! They're quiet and easy to store even with limited space so that's a huge plus. They look and feel like nice quality and are easy to balance with a large amount of weight since they have the pieces to keep it all secure.

A little tricky to set up bar but after a little w40 it went easy take in mind bar is 7 feet so not very convenient for small places but product is excellent

The item works fine. The one side had issues with the threads. I had to use channel locks to get it put together. Once I did that, I was able to use it. I have had no issues since.

i dont jknow i received 30 pounds in weights and 6 outdoor drain gates. yes drain gratews instead of bars and weights. item was weeks late and packaged in a box that looks like it came from a landfil
