good value for money. max at 300lbs total id say
the bar was a bit tough putting together at first, but once it was fully assembled it felt strong and durable. the cm=lamps that came with the set work fine, but i did upgrade to the locking type instead. Weights are easy to put on and take off the bar. I would not add too much more weight to the set because this is still a 3 piece bar and i think even box says max weight to put on each side.

Great Addition to My Home Gym!
I recently bought this barbell and weight set, and I am incredibly happy with the purchase. The barbell has a great grip that feels secure without tearing up my hands. The weight plates are highly durable, fit perfectly onto the sleeve, and do not slide around during my lifts.It is the perfect setup for squats, deadlifts, and bench presses at home. barbell set was delivered early and in perfect condition with all parts provided as advertised. compression end clamps worked perfectly. barbell easy to assemble and sturdy

i love these. perfect starter kit at reasonable price.. BUT.. the additional plates like the 45lb plates are pretty high in price these days .

A little tricky to set up bar but after a little w40 it went easy take in mind bar is 7 feet so not very convenient for small places but product is excellent

Decent for a beginner. The bar isn't the easiest to put together but it will work fine for someone just getting started.

The item works fine. The one side had issues with the threads. I had to use channel locks to get it put together. Once I did that, I was able to use it. I have had no issues since.

thats what i received 30 pounds in weights
i dont jknow i received 30 pounds in weights and 6 outdoor drain gates. yes drain gratews instead of bars and weights. item was weeks late and packaged in a box that looks like it came from a landfil
