CAP Barbell Regular Solid 34-Inch Triceps Bar, Black

After suffering an elbow dislocation last year, I started weight training as part of my rehab efforts. Yet nearly all of the classic triceps exercises caused discomfort. Finally purchased this triceps bar and it has been very helpful - by keeping my grip neutral, skull crushers are now possible. I've been surprised at how many other things it can be used for,too - I've pressed it into service for close grip bench press, hammer curls, and even overhead pressing. The coating is nice and the welds look substantial; I highly recommend this piece of equipment.

weights 15lbs. so add weights and it is an outstanding addition to my home gym. built solid and very easy to handle while working out. It however doesn't come with clamps to hold weights on it securely. I have extras so it wasn't a problem for me. I recommend this to anyone looking for another workout source. Great product.

very well made piece, solid, really does feel like the 15 pounds they say it is, the grips are made right, measurement good and the inside space is big enough to switch routine lifts depending on your hand size, all in all very solid ive already started using it..

This bar is very sturdy solid steel and balance. I had a tubular steel one that I used for years but this one is far superior! If you need a triceps bar this is the one to get. I prefer one that needs collars the old school bar.

The quality of this product is okay, but not great for the price.
