All the other reviews said it was too small but on me they are too big that I have to wrap it all the way over and then some but Works just as I wanted and just what I needed. I use them with my total gym and I think they are much better than the one that came with it They fit snuggly and no slipping. I would recommend these and the price is great too :)

Did walmart site to store and got this today. Had no issues. For those trying to put it over your foor you dont, you strap it around your ankle. I almost made the same mistake. I have a small ankle so it fit. however it isnt a big strap so prob more for a slim female ankle. For people trying to do over 20Ib prob sbould invest in a better strap. I did 10lbs no probs with this strap at 15 i did hear velcro ripping a bit, however for newbies its perfect. For $4 its the best value ever. I will prob upgrade when i gain more strength but for now totally love it

It is not padded very well. Bought a different brand that has way more padding and is wider. However, it cost twice as much.

The strap itself is a good quality; however, it is very small in circumference. It does not open up. It is in a fixed position.. meaning stitched shut so you cannot adjust it.

These straps are TINY! The velcro barely reaches around my ankle, and no, I'm not obese. Also, the ring you attach to the cable spins sideways in the harness, every time they're used, because of the weak materials used. I wouldn't recommend these for any price.

I am and adult male. It was to small to go around my ankle. The velcro came undone and the weight went slamming down on my rack. On the second day one of the ankle straps broke. These strap are for small women who don't plan on using 50 lbs.

I bought this product hoping to do some serious leg workout exercises. Unfortunately to my surprise this product does not hold up under any kind of significant resistance. The velcro easily comes lose from fitting due to how the ankle strap is designed. In addition the strap is a bit on the small side. Unless you have very thin ankles you will not be able to completely wrap the strap around your ankle. All in all this product was a complete waste of money. I would highly suggest that anyone looking for an ankle strap avoid this product and look somewhere else.

I dont know who this strap fits. My ankles are small and this doesn't even go around properly. I used it and it popped off.

These are for very small ankles. There is not enough Velcro to hold on my ankles. And I am a 76 year old male, not some hulk...yet. I will return them!
