There is nice padding and grip on the palms of the gloves making weight lifting not as abrasive on the hands. They fit nicely and are easy to remove with pull tabs on two of the fingers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, the CAP classic weightlifting training gloves have a good fit and grip. Helps to hold on to heavy dumbbells and weights. Every so often I needed to adjust the gloves around my fingers so maybe I needed a larger size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who lifts weights about three times a week, these gloves help grip and seem to be reducing calluses. We also have our weights in the garage, so they have helped keep my hands a bit warmer in winter while also being breathable. They are pretty easy to get on and off. My only complaint is the Velcro on the back pokes my hands a bit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sadly these CAP Women's weightlifting training gloves don't fit me. They are nicely cushioned on the palm but because they're too small they are very difficult to take off being half finger gloves. They seem to have durable fabric.
