I ordered the Sweet Sweat waist trimmer in the black and yellow color and received a knock off brand that looks thin, flimsy and cheap, very similar to something that you can order on SHEIN. When I contacted the seller, the response was “The purpose and effect of the product is same.” When I messaged the seller again, I pointed out that the issue is that a name brand product was posted for sale on the Walmart website, was purchased, but a knock off brand was delivered to me. The sellers’ next response was “it is the same product, but at a cheaper price due to some printing differences.” (WHAT?) suffice to say, the product is a disappointment, the seller’ “resolution” to the issue an even bigger disappointment, and I will be returning this product.
