I love this sweet sweat stuff so much. It definitely enhances my work outs so that I can sweat more in my weight loss journey. I also love the easy apply and the quick time it takes to put on. It hasn't had any side affects to my skin which is great. I love the smell so much. It's very pleasant. I love this product

I'll start off by saying I am obsessed with the scent of this stick. The tall, slender stick makes it easier to reach my back. For testing purposes, I applied the stick to my midsection and wore my waist trimmer during my normal workday which is sedentary and no sweat. However, when I used it with the trimmer while exercising, it worked. I plan to use it for 30 days straight to determine how effective it is.

I love how the sweat sweat stick is so easy to apply. The fresh scent is mild. I begin to sweat sooner and feel my muscles heat up sooner, making my workout more effective. My workouts feel more intense and I sweat out toxins. It's a great product.

This product is easy to apply and while I am naturally someone who sweats pretty quickly and easily during workouts I noticed that this increased that by a lot. I've only worn it with dark workout clothes so I haven't had any issues with staining. I will say it's easier to get off if you wipe it off with a napkin before showering. For whatever reason it can be difficult to scrub off if you just hop straight into the shower.

I got this and thought how am I going to use this?! I found a Sweet Sweat Waist Trainer that my mom gave me, and I decided to try it out with the stick! It has a great smell not overpowering at all. It's hard for me to get to the gym daily so I decided to do my own work out at home. Since it's been a long time I started at 30 minutes a day. I have been using this for 1 week now and I have been sweating! I will add jogging/running into the mix and I can say that this is a great investment. You really sweat during your workout

I ordered the stick and I love it!! I can't go without using this product. The stick is so easy and convienent for quick application! I workout 4-5x a week and use Sweet Sweat every time. I love to put it on my arms as well, and midsection. I always break a sweat with sweet sweat. I high recommend to give this and the belt a try, you won't be dissatisfied.

The sweat stick is an interesting product and I'm not sure how much I will actually use it but I do like it. It goes on smooth and feels nice. I did a normal workout after and felt great.

I bought this product a few weeks ago. Though the application is not greasy or oily, I didn't like having the product on me while working out. I didn't see an increase in sweat while working out. The smell was light and not an issue for me.
