I purchased sweet sweat roll on before the waist trainer. It was still effective but worked better for me when used together. I use the waist trainer for an hour of cardio. It provides very comfortable support. It also traps sweat. Be careful when you take it off. You will be soaked!

This stuff used along side with the sweet sweat waist trimmer is amazing! I've never sweated as much as this product has made me sweat before! I had been reasearching it for weeks until I finally decided to purchase it and I'm honestly so glad I did, I will most definitely be repurchasing this product over and over again!

Very comfortable, easy to clean even tho it can't be washed and the sweet sweat sample is pretty great I used it all up over a few workouts and I could definitely see the difference. I we'll probably be purchasing the product now as well. It fits perfectly and really add top the burn.

This band is very easy to put on but I feel it's I could have used a smaller band for I feel it runs bigger. I wish this wasn't as long, a little shorter would be perfect but I have found wearing this during exercise brings out a lot of sweat in this band. I didn't measure before I started using to see if there is a difference and maybe in time I will see it. Very easy to wash down and also throw in the washer with the bag supplied.

fits great. and makes you sweat a lot. I've had mine for a few months now and no problems with it yet. Alot of the weight you lose is water weight but it is helping me to lose my love handles. I wear mine while doing my bike rides, and 30 min workout at home.

I have used this waist trimmer for over a week now and it is nice to know that my walking is producing sweat. It fits and feels very comfortable. The material is soft and sometimes I even forget I'm wearing it. I love that it came with a mess bag which has made it easy to wash and I hang dry it. I have only washed it twice and so far it has held together and still feels like new when wearing it. I would recommend when looking for a waist trimmer.

This waist trimmer is everything! It is the truth. I was a bit skeptical because I've never had a waist trimmer before! After only using it a week. I see results! I will say make sure you drink lots of water because if you do not it will definitely make you feel internally hot.

Pros is it definitely makes you sweat (if that's what you're looking for from a product called Sweet Sweat) and it acts as a great back support during weight workouts.Cons: I've been using if for about 2 weeks and haven't noticed any changes at all. Of course change takes time, but I know some people who used this saw changes within the first week. Just know that everyone's body is different. I'm going to keep wearing it to see if it makes any more difference but if you're gonna wear it and NOT make an effort to change your diet or even just wear it without exercise, you're not going to see any results.Advice: A lot of people giving low reviews complain about 1) rashes and 2) the smell. One easy way to avoid both of these is to only wear it when you work out! It's not a corset, it's not meant for everyday all day routine wear. Also, I wipe mine off and spray it after each exercise. After using it for an hour-2 hours every day for two weeks, it doesn't smell any different than when I first got it.

I received the sweet sweat waist trimmer the other day, first off I wish I had ordered a larger size but the small will work. Wore it the other day just cleaning my house couldn't believe it actually stayed in place without pinching. Material is soft and comfortable to wear against bare skin, but wouldn't recommend in case of reaction to the skin. Will keep trying to sweat it off.

Im an XL in clothes and 4'11" in height so I bought the XL and it is only for a person with a long torso. It is 12ins in height and it wraps around my waist and stomach 1 and 1/2 times. The previous XL I ordered was perfect. Material is strong and get us sweating. Think I was sent a XXL in a L packaging. No size label on actual material to know for sure.
