Don't forget sweet sweat roll on
I purchased sweet sweat roll on before the waist trainer. It was still effective but worked better for me when used together. I use the waist trainer for an hour of cardio. It provides very comfortable support. It also traps sweat. Be careful when you take it off. You will be soaked!

Good
It works but runs small. My waist is 30 inches around. It goes all the way around but I'm use to one's that overlap some. That way I'm really sweating.

Dissatisfied customer of product
Im an XL in clothes and 4'11" in height so I bought the XL and it is only for a person with a long torso. It is 12ins in height and it wraps around my waist and stomach 1 and 1/2 times. The previous XL I ordered was perfect. Material is strong and get us sweating. Think I was sent a XXL in a L packaging. No size label on actual material to know for sure.

They sent me the wrong size! I just now looked. I believe I ordered an xl/l and I got a size small..

I recommend sizing down buttt I will say it helped me lose an inch off of my waist while just going to the gym regularly or simply just walking

I ordered an XL but the sizing is cool. It almost fits. With a couple more weeks persistent in the gym it will definitely be usable! So, I Love it and it's a good order for those wanting to shrink the mid section that us girl's have quite the trouble with!

would not purchase product again
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product needs to list sizes according to your waist line. I order a medium however, it was to large for my waist.

Ordering another for my daughter
At first, I thought it was a little big then I realized I did order a size up so I've been sweating so much within 24 hours. I'm going to order my daughter one.
