Alani Nu Pre-workout Powder, Blue Slush, 20 Servings, 200mg Caffeine

I wish I learned about this product a long time ago. I am a 54 year-old woman and my Energy has gone to the dumps. I'm not a person that goes to the gym. I don't work out. I am 5 foot 10 and around 120 pounds. I am a caregiver to my husband . He is bedbound and I want to leave a review stating this product has helped me with my energy levels to help me help him I’m also doing more now than I’ve done in the past five years. Yes no bull, I take it in the morning because if I take it in the afternoon, I will have a hard time sleeping at night. It has done wonders for me and if anybody's curious, you can overdo it. I started with a half a scoop and worked my way up to a scoop, but you might just need a sprinkle, I just wanted to shout out you don't need a gym membership in order to take this product, I get a lot done when I have the energy to do it and this product helps do that, thank you:)

I mix up a serving of this fusion of flavor and power walk to the gym in no time. Whether it's chest and back day, arm day, or pumping up my hammy's and glutes, Alani pre work out fuels my body with the energy I need. Great taste and good for my gut.

I like the alani pre because it has a reasonable (for me) amount of caffeine. It's got all the right stuff to make my skin feel like electricity if I stop moving but it doesn't make me feel jittery. I feel like I can focus %26 lift heavy. I do cycle through pre workouts %26 I'm always happy to come back to this one

Yummy! But I did realize later on that I shouldn't do a full scoop for myself. I'm very sensitive to caffeine although I had a killer workout after the full scoop, I did start getting an optical migraine. No issues when I did a half scoop and I should have read the package before using but I was just excited to try lol

This is one of my favorite flavors by them, energy drink and pre workout! I love that I can add it to water so I'm hydrating while being able to get energy while working out. I also love it's much cheaper than buying it straight from the Alani site! Would definitely recommend.

I needed a more affordable preworkout option and this one was a total surprise! I absolutely love this flavor and it definitely gets me moving for those early morning workouts. I started with half a scoop and am slowly making my way to a full scoop. If you're new to preworkout, they can really get your face tingling, but it passes once you get moving. Overall, great product for the price.

This tastes great and it gives me the exact amount of energy that I need to start and finish my workout. I mind feels focused and my body feels good for a good couple of hours after I drink. I love the simple little tingly feeling that I get. Let's me know that it is working

Im experienced in many pre workouts this alani one made me sick 30 min after drinking i was throwing it all up having a hot flash as well scared me so bad i almost went to hospital

even with the little moisture wicking packet, the powder was in a solid form and needed to be broken up and smashed back to powder form..
