It gets the job done. I like to use it to go to the gym, and when I do I notice a dramatic increase of sweat in my abdomen and back. In fact its great to wear it in the house while doing chores for those days you can't hit the gym. The material is of very good quality and surprisingly comfortable. Other waist trimmers Ive had in the past would be itchy or constantly poke me. But not this one. Love it!

Very comfortable, easy to clean even tho it can't be washed and the sweet sweat sample is pretty great I used it all up over a few workouts and I could definitely see the difference. I we'll probably be purchasing the product now as well. It fits perfectly and really add top the burn.

True to size, feels amazing when you put on and definitely helps you sweat more when working out. You can wear it under you clothes if you like or even with just a sports bra. Would highly recommend wearing it at the gym or even doing simple workouts at home. The material feels amazing and it adjusts however tight you need. This band covers all of my stomach and the outside is very soft. Does it irritate my skin at all and is very comfortable.

I really like this belt, however, I haven't necessarily noticed significant weight loss or 'waist trimming'. I have been using this for about a month now and while I like the fact that it makes me sweat like the dickens I haven't lost inches around my waist while using it. I only wear this while I do cardio and trust me, you will DRIP sweat in this, and I definitely have a flatter stomach the next day but it doesn't form your waist or anything like other waist trimmers out there. If you want to sweat off any water you are holding I definitely suggest using this product, but if you are wanting a quick fix to lose a couple inches on your waist this is not the product for you.

This is the best waist band I have bought so far. I was absolutely surprised that even without the sweat enhancing cream I sweated so much. I usually don't sweat much during my hour workouts but I drenched my shirt and pants after using this. I will try the sweat enhancing gel and see what it will do but so far I am extremely pleased! Highly recommend!

Sweet Sweat's Waist Trimmer definitely performs as advertised! It helps produce plenty of extra sweat during my workouts and during a strenuous walking session. It is flexible enough to conform to my body and firm enough to stay in place while giving a little support. Just started using it and I'm looking to firm up my waist.

I have had this product for 7 days. I noticed a significant benefit after using it for 3 days in conjunction with sweetsweat. After five days my I began to fit into some old clothes. This was all done with 30-60 minutes of cardio and low carb diet. This product gave me the boost I was looking for, and needed!

I love the Waist Trimmer and would recommend to everyone. You sweat soooo much you better keep a towel handy. If you go outside to walk remember to wear dark pants so that your neighbors don't see you sweating. It's perfect and targets the hard to loose area.

GREAT product, really makes you sweat! I say order a size up as there's not a ton of give if your sizing is off. If it's too big that's really a nonissue as the whole thing can Velcro, but if you order too small you can't make it bigger LOL! I was pleasantly surprised at the product gift inside! Included was a trial size of their sweet sweat gel. It really get you sweating and wipes off clean after! I will definitely be ordering a normal sized one of that!
