If you need a sock tool the soft ones are the best especially if you have wide feet. Hard sided tool is different to get foot into and the sock holder on back side does not last very long from the stress of holding sock on tool while pulling sock up on foot.

This sock aid device is soft formed not super flexible or hard formed without any give like others which makes it easier for individuals with decreased hand strength to use. They do not have to squeeze and hold while applying sock to the device and it easily slides along foot using very little strength and exertion to pull socks on feet without bending to floor and causing low back pain or lightheadedness. Much cheaper than other suppliers and just as durable! Works excellent!

Easy to use gets your sock on great. The terry cloth really grips the sock to pull it on. The overall construction seams a bit more durable than the one I received from the hospital when I had my hip replaced, that one lasted a year, I expect this one to last longer. Great buy , Great price.

With rhumatoid arthritis, my mother has trouble reaching her feet to put on socks and I thought this would be great for her. I was right! It works so well and she loved it! Definitely a great idea for someone with mobility or flexibility issues.

We are trying this product with our support hose and its a bit tougher to use but it does work. Have to make sure this product remains strong enough to do the job.Works great on all other socks.

Post-ankle surgery and back problems, I am unable to bend enough to get a sock over my toes and pull it up. Was hoping this would help. It doesn't. While the sock holds to the felt outer material, it holds too well. The sock does not slide off. You have to pull very hard to get it to raise up over your foot and ankle and having just had surgery it is very painful.

After only 3 days of use, the seam on the cloth part of the Sock Aid completely ripped out and separated from the plastic part underneath. Looking at it closely, there is only one thin thread line sewn at the end, to support the part which is under the greatest stress. This is not the most expensive product however, another brand of sock aid I bought with my last back surgery lasted for 9 months.
