easy to install and looks great I removed the door on the cat entrance to make it easier for them but it still easily keeps my dog out of the room perfectly, and i have a big strong dog!. The door swings open easily with a push of a button for me to pass through. Would recommend this in-fact, i have already told my daughter to replace the ones she has with these.

gate is simple and effective for dogs and kids/toddlers most of my adult friends couldn't figure out how to open it 10⭐ if your dog is a horse tho I wouldn't recommend this one dogs that are 90 pounds and up could break the gate if they push on it hard enough only flaw is the the cat gate is to big my dog can get through it.

We have large dogs and several cats. The gate keeps litter boxes off limits. This gate has been used to train one of the dogs to sleep out of her crate at night. She can sleep in her bed in the bedroom, but blocks her from the rest of the house, plus allows the cats free access. The gate can be semi permanently installed. All of our babies have babies of their own, so we use our gates for pets. The latch is easy to use for an adult, but should be difficult for little hands,

Excellent product—especially the built-in cat door, which is a huge help if you're trying to keep a dog out of the litter box. That was exactly why we bought it, and it does the job perfectly. The only downside was that the assembly instructions were a bit hard to follow and could definitely use a rewrite. That said, once we understood the nuances, the gate went together fairly quickly and without issue. The gate itself is well made, works exactly as intended, and looks nice once installed. Overall, I'm very pleased with the quality and functionality and would absolutely buy it again.

the gate is almost perfect however my only complaint is the gate opening is very narrow and I'm a bigger person and barely fit through the opening and it is slightly difficult especially when carrying bulky items such as a clothes basket and it seems like it would be a bit more difficult for pregnant mamas. otherwise I love the gate

This gate takes some finessing to get it to close and click shut accurately. You'll need to play with the tension screws. Too tight it won't close, too loose and won't click to lock. Once you find that happy place it works effectively. My 12 pound chihuahua mix can go in and out of the little door. It's not a super sturdy gate but for the price and what I need it for it works.

We have two dogs that have to stay separated. We started off with a plastic gate that slid open. Well, that didn't work to well since we had to step over it every time leaving or coming into room. That got old quick. We finally decided to buy the metal dog gate and I am so glad we did. It holds up well, even with our 70 pound dog jumping on it. The swing gate works perfectly with a simple push button and slide (swings both ways). I seen a few negative reviews about the gate not connecting BUT that is because you have to tighten both sides until the gate latch makes contact with the other side. It's not broken or missing parts. It just needs tightened. I will definitely purchase again. It's a great gate with a very affordable price.

This appears to be a well-made pet or baby gate. It is taller than average. It is labeled as an extra wide gate. However, it was not quite wide enough for my space (where I was replacing a similar gate) and I had to return it. I should have paid more attention to the specific measurements on the package.

I couldn't find a couple of gates without the little door, so I bought two of these because I needed something immediately for my new puppy. However, the little door is unnecessary…my cats hop over it…and my puppy slipped through the larger gaps at the bottom corners til she got bigger, just fyi.

You cannot leave the door open for small pets unless you tie it open, otherwise it just hangs there sticking out. I wanted my small pets to have complete 24/7 access to an area where my large dog could not enter. With the door designed as is it makes it harder to open to its full width unless small pet door is shut so it is harder for me to walkthrough. Such a poor design for anyone wanting 24/7 use of the pet entry....I've finally tied the door open, but it does not open flat and sticks out. So totally frustrated. I am going to have my son hacksaw the darn door off so it makes opening the gate to it's widest easier and allows my small pets entry and exit 24/7. The gate only opens to its fullest with Pet door shut. THE CONSTRUCTION DESIGN IS POOR!
