Cleaning ingredients really high-quality I find that it helps my mobility and energy a lot. I haven't noticed any effect on my blood sugar but I don't really eat sugar. These Mn tablets are easy to swallow and helps raise and maintain my Mn levels. I was anemic and discovered that Mn is needed to help balance iron and store iron as well as quench iron's oxidation damage to body. Mn is very difficult to raise through diet so supplement is necessary. I have been taking it daily for 3 months and my HTMA test still shows low Mn. Will need to take it longer and see what happens.
