Ive been eating the natures made gummies but it has to much sugar in them this one is perfect it has no sugar and its a small easy swallow capsule no bad taste! a little pricey but worth it! I'm in europe and I cannot order higher dosed vitamin D [not sure if that is Iherb, or european rules], so this the best I can get. The size of capsules is very small which makes it super easy to swallow. Good ingredients! Vitamin K2 helps the calcium get transported directly into the blood. D3 is good when you are not in the sun a lot. I take one capsule together with my evening mineral drink and I think it helps my body.

Really convenient size for travelling. It also is 2 in one which makes like alot easier. Find it super easy to take and helps alot with deficiencies.

Though I have been taking this product for a month, I don't feel any changes. I can't say anything regarding the quality of these capsules. The package was good, and the taste is normal. Dosage is 1 capsule per day. But I don't feel any effect.
