These are easy to take and from what I can tell they do give me a boost, I would say that the only thing about these is the smell and *tmi* your urine does turn a bright yellow color

I finally ran out of the monster-sized Super B Complex, uncoated capsules of a different brand, and am delighted to get back to Nature's Bounty. These are much smaller and easier to swallow while providing what I need. Happy to be done with the reluctance factor that comes with a horse-sized pill. Vitamins are of benefit, but only if you take them. I'm happy to be taking my B's regularly again, and I do notice the difference in my energy levels.

Overall good source with less filler ingredients, or "other" additives. No taste, because I swallow it with water-YET... has a really strong smell- to me, so I keep the bottle I am using closed, and in a zip-lock bag. So far it has helped with my deficiencies per labs.

Tampered bottle... 1. No outer seal, as all NB bottles come with over cap; 2. Plain cap, no NB logo as normal. 3. Inner seal partially opened. 4. A made up label was partially pasted over original label. Too many red flags. And it was shipped from Waco, TX to NJ when there are Walmarts 5 %26 10 miles from me! ??
