Truly amazing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay to start off I have problems winding down to sleep and hate taking anything but I tried these and can't believe I lived without them . They worked fast I do recommend you take them many hours before you need to be up because you will be sleepy the next day . Taking these I didn't toss and turn which was nice .

I have never slept better!!

I have tried numerous ways to help me sleep and always was left wanting. No more!! This has been helping me sleep like a baby. I now get my full 8 hours sleep and wake up feeling rejuvenated. Awesome
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Natures truth Melatonin 10 mg Plus L-Theanine these are wonderful ive been having such a hard time sleeping an im not one to take musle relaxers or any other sleep meds but these works wonders! I take 1 an about 30 minutes later im out would diffantly recommend

Works well
This melatonin worked really well for me, I deffinatly would relax some and eventually fall asleep. I like its small and they don't get wierd from being in the container overall I did have better sleep.

Works ok
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a lot of trouble sleeping but I dont like taking sleeping pills so I decided to try this since it's all natural. They are small white pills that are very easy to swallow. I didnt get sleepy after taking them but they did help me stay asleep once I fell asleep. Usually if I wake up I'm up, these helped me fall right back to sleep. I only take them on days that I'm having rough sleeping.

It did not work for me and my husband.The one that we brought from Cosco which is just 5 mg work better.
