I had a kidney stone back in 2015. Chances are very high that I would get another Kidney Stone within 3 years. I take Carlson Labs Vitamin K2 5Mg daily along with Vitamin D3 5000 Mg and have NOT had a kidney stone . If you had or currently have Kidney stones this medication along with D3 5000Mg daily is a must. I cannot deal with the pain of a kidney stone again and that's why I take both. Trust me it works. Even if you have a kidney stone now, start taking this and vitamin D3. You will thank me later when you never ever get a kidney stone. The price here is the lowest around. I'm telling everyone this works by taking the calcium in your body and moves it around your body like your teeth and bones so it doesn't build up and cause a kidney stone. Anybody that says this doesn't work, have no idea what they are talking about. It does work but you have to take vitamin D3 5000 mg along with this. If you've had a kidney stone and don't try this, you will get another one. This will prevent you from getting another one. Carlson has always been known for its very high quality. The m-7 form is more widely known. This is the m-4 form works on the the same two biological systems. I am very happy with this product.

I don't like high doses of all supplements, but with the great reviews for higher presence in the body is considered, this is one I want to take lots of. I have just received the bottle, but I have been taking lower doses for a long time. Just one of those sensible things to do for my health
