Good for your gut skin and bones. Could do without the Maltodextrin that is used as a filler.
This product was recommended bt Dr. William Davis, MD who wrote the book Wheat Belly. Good for your microbiome and osteoporosis. Walmat offers free shipping so I bought from them. The item arrived sooner than expected but somehow was never scanned by USPS. Will buy through Walmart again.
This was recommended to me from a podcast by William Davis. I'm using it for the treatment of SIBO and my bones. It started helping the SIBO immediately. It's taken 4 months for me to see my nails to begin to grow, so I think it's helping my bones. The only thing I don't know is how long I can continue to take it.
I have osteopenia read up on this product which said trials showed promise with bone issues. Figured I would give a try and will see if it helped when my next scan is due. Been 3 months now-my nails have never been so long, seems my muscle stiffness has lessened. I will continue to use --expensive but if it does as touted it will be an effective health additive.
Used it in making yogurt (as noted in Super Gut book). It worked
I love this particular BioGaia Osfortis product. It's a capsule of pure lactobacillus reuteri atcc 6475 and vitamin D3. It's pricey and must be used judicially, but it is pure, finely powdered probiotic used by Dr. Susan Erdman at Harvard in their animal double blind studies that showed some unlikely positive results. It arrived 7 days earlier than promised.
I tried this product because of the research done with MSU and the parent company. Current studies show it is helping people with Osteoporosis. I have been using it for a year now and like the product.
Good quality product from appearance. I am using to try to fight osteoporosis. Research shows helps strengthen bones in mice. No data yet from human trials. Will see if it makes a difference at next bone scan. Also trying 45 mg k2 and 3 mg boron with my calcium supplements.
I only gave it four star review because I'm in the process of using it to make probiotic yogurt. My yogurt is being prepared in a yogurt maker as we speak. It was a recommendation.
