Orgain Organic Vegan 21g Protein Powder, Plant Based Shake Drink, Vanilla Bean 2.03lb

My teenage grandson who eats mostly junk food really loves to make a shake in the morning. I never thought I would see the day when he ate frozens strawberries, plain yogurt and the strawberry protein powder. He has a plastic cup with a lid so after adding his ingredients, he just shakes and drinks. A much better breakfast than in the past.

I love chocolate, good chocolate. I've tried other chocolate protein powders in the past and really didn't care for them. I also love mochas, I make make a homemade mocha every day, 50 oz and they are very tasty. It also help keep my blood sugars level through the day. My Dr. loves it too, I never thought a Dr. would say "good job" about drinking a mocha. Definitely a non-guilty pleasure!

It doesn't taste the greatest and the texture is a bit off, but I can't really complain since it is organic and has other great benefits to it. I had this with my smoothie and I feel mentally clear, calm, I'm defenitley going to keep buying this health is wealth.

I put pure peanut powder, strawberries, bananas %26 ice into the Orgain creamy chocolate fudge %26 blend it with my Ninja blender. It tastes like a chocolate peanut butter shake. So, very, very good! The protein helps me stay full for 4-5 hours. IMO using a shaker bottle doesn't work well to blend just the powder. So, get a cheap blender if you're on a budget, but don't use a shaker bottle. Just a tip! None of the Orgain protein powder's taste good alone by itself. You have to blend at least one of the main ingredients I listed above for it to taste really good.

It is a high-quality product but at a more budget friendly price. Just as good as the $40 a lb muscle builder lines and I think a better taste and texture. I use it for my strawberry banana smoothies, and they rival Smoothie Kings! Walmart sliced and frozen strawberries and bananas and milk of any kind you prefer and boom! A great smoothie.

Needed help with eating after surgery, Dr wanted me to take in a good amount of protein without looking at meat only (which didn’t digest well). This vegetarian protein powder was the perfect answer. We have tried both the vanilla and chocolate, we prefer the vanilla but due to adding fruit to our shakes. Easy to use, easy to consume and wonderfully healthy.

I love this protein powder, but don't understand why they only fill them halfway. The container is heavy and large when it could be half that size feel like they're trying to make it look like you're getting a lot more than you are getting. That's my only complaint. The picture I added is right after I opened it. Sad

Bugs and white pieces that look like rice. So I read the reviews of people having black bugs in their powder, I wanted to try this anyway because it is vegan and organic. I am aware there are bugs in probably all our foods we eat so that being said I am not excited about bugs in my powder but I figured how many could be in there. I would have to say every other serving I sifted and bugs were present along with these white rice like pieces which I hoped were just part of the powder that did not "powder". If you dont have an issue with sifting bugs this is the powder for you. I finished the container and decided I do not want to mine for bugs anymore. It tasted good and no heartburn which I normally get drinking protein powder shakes. I dont get them with the premade shakes though. Just a warning you will have bugs in your powder. Also was good at taking away my appetite.

This product is a NO. It is a top rated vegan protein powder which is why i got it. It does not mix well, did not come with a scoop, is gritty. Just not worth the money. Did not set any expectations as I wanted to give it a truly fair shake %26 just no. Way more calories than other protein shakes and just not tasting the worth. Not having the scoop and having to weigh out the amount was a real turn off for me.

Just recently found out this protein powder contains lead, which is harmful to ingest. Now, I’m stuck with it and only used it a couple of times. I’d also purchased the chocolate one and I’m afraid to drink it anymore too! That’s $40 in the trash between the 2 of them. Organic, you need to do better!!
