I started taking this D-Mannose from my urologist recommendation. I had been having regular UTI issues for several years. I have been using it for about two years now and have not had a recurrent UTI since I started. This product is available from numerous retailers. Walmart was considerably cheaper, even compared to Amazon.

Helped tons! I have a cat with recurring bladder stones--or at least they were recurring. Now, he gets a small dose of this a day, and he hasn't had any trouble since.

This is an excellent product if you are prone to urinarary tract infections. You only need one teaspoon a day.

D'mannose is the best daily supplement for keeping one's bladder healthy and free from infections. I highly recommend it.

I use this every time I start to get a UTI and it works great! It works to prevent them too, but I get UTI's very rarely so I just take a double dose 2x a day until I no longer have symptoms. You have to use this at the first sign(that tiny tingle) of a UTI for it to work. If it doesn't work or if I started too late, then I go to the dr. and get the antibiotic. Worth trying instead of always using antibiotics!

Still trying this product. It seems to be a helpful item. I do wish that it included a measuring spoon that fits in the product.
