Add sufficient water and oil/butter. This rice dries out quick. Overall good rice at a great price for organic. Will continue to buy.

Cooked well - rinse and add butter and salt
This rice cooked perfectly. Not mushy, didn’t stick together. I rinsed it until water ran clear before cooking and added both butter and salt. I would buy again.
