Good Italian heat.
My son lives this hot sauce. He uses it to add heat to homemade macaroni and cheese. As well as flavor to all the bland food I cook.

We are Born %26 Raised from Italia , been here 5 yrs now.. yes the bottle is kinda small, BUT Italia's is the SAME SIZE.. BEST EVER , there is Nothing like this in the US . Buy until they are unavailable. We buy by dozen… YOU WILL NEVER BUY ANY OTHER AFTER TASTING FOR “ SURE “

It's a not hot hot sauce that is fabulous in scrambled eggs. It gives it a great zip!

Mild heat, sauce can be overpowering
The bottle is very cool, which is probably half the draw. I was looking for a hot sauce to use with italian food. Something similar to a spicy marinara. Unfortunately this sauce has a rather strong flavor profile of its own which takes a bit away from the food you put it on. I would not compare it to a spicy marinara, more of a mildly spicy italian ketchup. I personally felt it took away from the food and my bottle is still mostly full as I have not touched it since. Melinda's Fire Roasted Garlic Habanero is a better sauce for pizzas and pastas.
