I love how Cascade Platinum does its work. Only thing is that it is fading the design on my Arcopal dishes. I have top of the line GE dishwasher that is 3 years old. Water temp is good....water is not hard.... Am I doing something wrong? What do you recommend?

I have been through every dishwasher detergent, every pod, liquid, and powder, this is the only one that works. The publications about this are false, you cannot put a baking dish with caked on lasagna in and expect it to come out clean, but use common sense (rinse items before putting them in the dishwasher) and you will have no problems. My glasses come out just fine, but I do have waterspots on plastics, this is due to my extremely hard water.

I never had an issue with the cascade brand. It does a great job. This last purchase, however, was not great. The platinum version leaves an off-putting taste that gets into your food and drinks when using “clean” dishware. And it leaves a cheap perfume smell too- Hard pass on platinum-
