I've used Cascade for a long time but I haven't been sold on these new packs on everything but I tried a free sample and loved them! No mess from a bottle; incredibly clean smell, cleans dishwasher along with the dishes. I love these and I know exactly how many loads I have rather than overloading the liquid from a bottle. I see these for a long time in my future.

Dishes were not coming out clean even after rinsing before they went in the dishwasher. Normally use Cascade liquid but decided to try the pods to see if it made a difference. It does. Dishes are now coming out clean. Might just be the dishwasher but this worked for me.

Cascade Total Clean dishwasher tablets works great. It cleans my dishes and utensils and doesn’t leave any food or residue. When I think of Cascade I think of reliability and a trusted brand and I must say it lives up to it reputation and name. I would recommend it to my family and friends.

I recently bought a new Kitchenaid dishwasher that recommended this brand's pods. I have to say it is convenient to have a sealed pod to pop in the dispenser. A lot cleaner than the powder where I have to measure, gets on my hands no matter how careful I try to avoid, and the task of cleaning a puff of powder off the floor each time. I also like the space saver small plastic tub size to fit under my sink. As far as my new dishwasher, it looks pretty in the kitchen, meaning that is all it is good for and nothing else.

Gets the dishes pretty clean however there have been times when food remained on dishes even on the heavy duty cycle (and even though it’s not recommended I habitually rinse dishes before loading them into dish washer.) I also make sure the placement of my dishes are appropriate (pots & more heavily soiled dishes up top in order to be exposed to ALL the sprayers)

Clean very well but are overscented - Cascade pods really do clean dishes very well but leave dishes smelling strongly of fragrance. We can’t wash water bottles in the dishwasher when using Cascade because the water inside will taste like the pods. The lingering smell isn’t pleasant.

I have used this product for the past 20 years. Have not been a Sam’s member long so it the First time had it shipped. When it arrived, all the pods were sealed together as if is had gotten wet. Unusable as pods so we have just been spooning the powder into the washer.

I use at least six of these like any other brand to achieve the results that I was supposed to get using only one on a regular cycle for a 3/4 full load of lightly soiled dishware. It's really disappointing. I do like what six to 12 of these will do to the air surrounding the machine. It's a great way to freshen up the room. It's what I can say about all of these brands. I cannot tolerate the bacteria developed during COVID so starting with a dishwasher detergent or a commercial dish detergent concentrate is a necessity for me.

This is a terrible product. The scent is so incredibly strong that it makes all my dishes taste the same way. There's really no reason it should have this strong a scent. I just need my dishes to be clean and sanitized... that's all. I'd take the store brand over this every time.

Ordered Cascade total clean dishwasher detergent. Package came broken with pods all over the shipping container. Luckily I had another carton to put the pods in. Only a few pods had leaked. I didn’t return it because it was more trouble than it was worth.
