Casserole 4 lb Pinto Beans. Tree Nut-Free and Peanut-Free

If you like your pintos, which are the perfect food I believe, these are excellent! The color is rich, the beans are big and uniform, the taste is incredible and when you sort through before a washing there is absolutely no debris and very few split in half. I will always stick with these and highly recommend you try them. I mainly make soup with several bean mixture, or baked beans, but these are ideal for refried!

I've tried every bargain and bulk pinto beans out there and I have to say these are the best frijoles on the market. delicious, tender and thick (keep your mind out of the gutter) very little cleaning. I don't need to soak these at all. enjoy for any type of pinto bean recipe you choose.

I Have Brought This Brand For Many Years. There %231 in My Household. The Beans Are Really Clean...I Still Clean Them But Their A Lot Cleaner Than The Other Brands. Made In 3 Hrs. Maybe Little Longer. I Cook Them On Low Heat. I Salt The Water I Cook The Beans In. (Make Sure The Water Is Not Too Salty.) Then Add The Beans. Great Taste...Great Prices...Might Be A little Expensive, But Their Worth It.

Casserole is my new preferred brand for refries. The taste is great and as other reviewers have mentioned these cook up better than other brands (no clue why but they do). These beans cook thoroughly with no hard chunks leftover and the seed coats on the beans softens right up and pretty much disintegrates when you mash and fry them them. So no more annoying seed coats floating around in your refries getting stuck to/between your teeth, which was a constant problem with Walmart's great Value Pinto beans.

It seems harder to find quality food items lately, but I can always rely on Walmart for fresh items, and I know that Casserole brand beans are the very best money can buy. I use only Casserole brand pinto beans for my family because they cook quicker than old, stale beans from other companies. They maintain their consistency and texture. The skin is thin, and above all, the flavor is unmatched by their competitors. I highly recommend this brand and product, and I especially recommend buying it from Walmart because of the excellent price and the freshness they offer.

These are the best, highest quality pinto beans. A friend taught me to make a traditional west Texas dish, and he specicified using this brand of pinto beans. I've never looked back!

Love these Casserole Pinto beans. Had trouble finding the one pound bag but that's ok. I'll use all these. Good with a little country ham mixed in for flavor or bacon grease.
