Castle Place 8" Wood Queen Box Spring with Beige Linen Cover

Does take basic understanding of putting stuff together but if this 65 yo woman can do it with basic tools most folks can. Very sturdy frame %26 worked out perfect for mattress I have. Read the description folks %26 quit complaining that you didn't know it needed put together.

I especially chose the wood frame 🪟 for my bed. The main reason was my bed frame 🪟 is metal 🪙 and I did not 🚫 want my bedframe and my mattress frame 🪟 to both be metal, so I chose the wood 🪵 mattress frame 🪟

This is a great boxspring. I was looking for a sturdy one. I'm from the old school and this one is perfect. Don't hesitate buying this one.

The ease of assembly, quality of the product is good but a little price for what you get , I could have got it cheaper from a box store but could get it on payments

Took a lot of work to put together. Definitely a two person job. Once assembled, very sturdy. Think that for the work it took, should've been less money. However, it gets the job done!

Bought this box spring back in November for my spare bedroom. We may have used this bed 3 or 4 times since then. Yesterday I put some items under the bed and found a broken wood slat in the middle of the mattress. It would be a big hassle to try to return this after assembly so I guess I just live with it. Poor quality! Tried to upload a photo, but Walmart not able to do it.

Assembly from Walmart is done through Angi. It is not well integrated, difficult to coordinate, and our service person never showed. Service and support to get questions answered was awful. I will never buy anything from Walmart again that requires service or setup.

Very poor quality I talk to Walmart customer service agent rahul on chat about the product and how cheap quality it was. He informed me he that he will process my refund and I can through the product in trash and I don't have to return it. After waiting for so many days I checked i haven't received my refund and then I talk to other again and she told me oh u have to return the item and how can I return the item now when I throw it in trash after the agent told me earlier. Now I have no proper assistance in this matter I lost my money and nobody is willing to help me in this matter. I need my money back. I have the screenshot of the previous chat where agent agreed to throw the item and I will get my refund for this trashy product. I need my money back or filing complaint. I have attached one of the screenshots as well where agent confirmed to through the items and they initiated for the refund which I never received .

Very disappointing!! Never received it pkg got lost. How can you lose a queen size wood box spring????Dont know if I like it or not .

No I would not recommend this box spring to anyone. I guess I didn't pay enough attention to the details about putting it together. Is it possible to return it? My husband and I are disabled and can't put it together.
