Absolutely love it! Ordering a second one!

The basic unit works well as needed and expected. The cooking pan being permanently connected to the stands (legs) makes it more difficult to wash and clean. The copper finish inside the pan is thin and even was missing on a few edges right out of the box. I was in urgent need of this item and why I'm keeping it but otherwise I would have returned.

When I first got this, the temperature control plug-in part would not work. I had another skillet just like it and put my other temperature control in it and the skillet has been working very well ever since then I never did return apart. I wouldn't even know how to do that but the skillet is a good one besides the temperature control not working.

It's flimsy. The plastic handles move they are not sturdy, I tried to tighten the screws more and it didn't do anything at all. If I would have known there was a metal piece at the bottom that has gaps for water to enter I would have never got this brand and would have stuck to the previous brand I've used before.

I have used my electric skillet 4 times. The 3rd time I thought I was going crazy when the skillet seemed to not be staying hot. The 4th time initially it worked and then it went off and never came on again. Very sad and I hope I can get my money back because for that price. That is beyond insane

I have been extremely busy lately so I ordered this as we needed a new one since our old one was 4 years old. unfortunately my son threw the box away the day before I tried to use it. it has a horrible handle,extremely inconsistent temperature control and only worked for half an hour while I was attempting to cook 4 pounds of bacon at 6am . don't waste your money on this junk!

This product does not have consistent heat, in order to cook anything it had to stay on high which means burnt food. I would not recommend this product at all.

stopped working. was attempting to fry bacon and it just wasn't sizzling. light was out, and just stopped working. disappointing when spend a little more, thinking you're buying quality.

I was so excited to get Electric Skillet. but after I got it out of the box, there was no screw for the handle on the lid, and I was very disappointed.
