This Hamilton food processor is awesome! We are making our own oat flour to skip ingredients we don't like, and this worked beautifully!! It was super easy to put together, and just as easy to clean. The oats turned into flour nice and quick, and is exactly the consistency we need! We can't wait to continue to use this for all kinds of fun things! I highly recommend this food processor!! Fun thing to have in your kitchen!!
The Hamilton Beach 12 Cup Food Processor and Chopper with Stack %26 Snap Design is a powerful and user-friendly kitchen appliance that makes everyday food preparation fast and effortless. This food processor stands out for its simple Stack %26 Snap assembly, which eliminates the frustration of complicated locking systems. You can easily set it up within seconds, making it perfect for busy kitchens. The 12-cup capacity is ideal for preparing large meals, whether you're chopping vegetables, shredding cheese, or mixing ingredients for family-sized recipes. One of its biggest advantages is the extra-large feed chute, which allows you to process whole foods like tomatoes, cucumbers, or potatoes without pre-cutting. This saves time and makes cooking more efficient. The machine is also equipped with sharp stainless steel blades and versatile attachments, ensuring consistent and precise results every time. The design is sleek and modern in white, fitting well into any kitchen. It's also easy to clean, with dishwasher-safe parts, making cleanup quick and hassle-free. Overall, this food processor is a reliable, time-saving, and high-performing appliance—perfect for both beginners and experienced home cooks who want convenience without compromising performance.
I had never owned a food processor before this one. The only reason I purchased this one was because we had to do coleslaw for 200 people at our church. It didn't let me down, not overly noisy, cleaned up great, and not one time did it ever get hot from running it for that amount of time. So I say it was well worth the money.
I love this kitchen tool. It's easier to use than my last one. The locking lid is much cleaner than the old twist style. The blades are sharp and easy to load in and out. The best part for me is that it was $40 less than the black model. I was going to purchase it elsewhere until that pop-up sale hit. I highly recommend this food processor.
I love this processor, very easy to use and easy to clean! Works well for making peanut butter and shredding cheese and slicing vegetables. I can think of many uses, it works very well. the bowl is big and sturdy, the feed tube is a great size as well.
I bought this Hamilton Beach 12 cup food processor because I had many apples and decided to make applesauce. Although it did a pretty good job, they were a few times that apple chunks were left behind after processing. All in all, it was a pretty good price.
Only rated 4 stars because I haven't used it yet. But, I did plug it in and the motor sounds good- not as loud as my 4 cup processor. Blades are sharp... since i accidentally sliced myself- very minor, don't worry (didn't even need a bandaid). Looks are clean and simple with actual mechanical push buttons, not those flat electronic sensor buttons and it does snap easily together. Bonus that I didn't realize is there is a second plunger that fits inside the wide mouth one for smaller sized foods so they don't splatter all over when you drop them in. The little plastic safety tab people on here talk about breaking is on the bottom of the cup, and it will not run without putting the wide mouth plunger in- that forces the tab down into the machine. I can see it easily breaking if your not aware and careful about how you handle it. Since I take care of my kitchen tools, hopefully won't be a problem. For the price, I'm impressed so far. I hafta cook for my dog and he's not-so-little, so it will get ALOT of use. If I remember, I will add to this review once I've been using it for a while. Oh, and I had to take out the 3rd rack in the dishwasher to fit the cup on the top rack. Aaaaaand, now I'm done.
I give this a 4 star just because the motor kinda make noise and u can see the slower that it performs, but I purchase this food processor because I was tried of hand grating cheese and it helps cut down on time . It's not the greatest grating due to the motor being smaller but it's faster than I can do it so I like it.
I had a previous food processor same brand. It lasted for 14 years until the blades broke. I bought this one and you must cut your veggies small in order to chop or mush. Very weak food processor. No way to compare it to the old one. Big disappointment.
I was quite disappointed upon opening the packaging to discover that the product included only one disc blade, despite the image displaying two. Furthermore, the disc blade provided is a medium size rather than the small size that I was expecting, rendering it largely unusable. It seems that Hamilton Beach has not clearly stated the quantity and size of the disc blades included with this product, which feels misleading. Additionally, I am perplexed by the inconsistency between product variants—does the black model come with two disc plates while the white model only includes one? This lack of clarity raises questions about the rationale behind differing contents based solely on color. Such important information should be explicitly outlined in the product description. This experience has been disappointing, and I will be returning this item, deciding against future purchases from Hamilton Beach.
