I've been having issues sleeping at night but since I started drinking this tea at night before bed, I seem to be getting more sleep so I'll continue to use it at night. I went ahead and ordered 18 boxes of the tea so that must say something about the tea. Can't say it will work for everyone but it's working for me plus it tastes good too.
I tell you what if you want a tea to knock you out this is it! I struggle with insomnia and melatonin doesn’t do anything to me but one cup of this tea and I’m out for the entire night. The flavor isn’t too tart I will say the ginger is a bit strong in it but I think with it being mixed in there’s a nice balance of flavors just go into it expecting it to taste like natural herbs
I love the flavor, I've been drinking this for over a year now it just soothes and relaxes me. The sticky part you have to open to get to the delicious tea rubes my teszture issues wrong. You can put it in a tea jar. You can't beat the price either. I'd say go for it if you like tea and want to relax before bed
I drink sleepytime tea with extra melatonin every night. I have tried to go to sleep without it and I have a restless night. I drink two bags in 20 ounces of water 30 minutes before bed. Then it is sleepy time, I wake up refreshed and I contribute it to Sleepytime tea with extra melatonin.
This is a great melatonin tea for sleep. It really helps you fall asleep, though it doesn't necessarily keep you asleep for a long time. Overall, it's very effective for getting to sleep more easily.
Good tasting sleep tea and yes, it does relax you and help you fall asleep. I’ve tried other sleep teas and they have a more bitter taste, but this one is very smooth and pleasant.
Wonderful taste and smell - and it WORKS!!! Weather its spring or fall this stuff works and it is not tart. Has a wonderful fruity smell to it and for the one who does not sleep it helps!
This worked after drinking half a cup. I may have been somewhat tired that night but this seemed to really help me vs. the regular sleepy time tea. I'll still use regular sleepytime tea because not sure if taking this will cause my body to not produce melatonin on it's own. But if you're sleepless and it's a problem, take what will work for you that's reasonable.
the tea is great but for some reason all the tea i get is somehow not ebt acceptable when it was just a couple weeks ago. i contacted walmart and they said they have no idea why. its all types of different teas. i was able to get it covered by ebt but had to get a six pack in order to cover it!
The box doesn't really give instructions on how to use, but if you've drank tea before, you'll figure it out. I let it submerge in hot water for 3 to 4 minutes, then sip the tea. After about 30 minutes I started feeling drowsy but could fall asleep. It took me like 3 hours before I fell asleep. It worked but took hours to help me sleep! I don't think it was enough Melatonin, at least not enough for someone my size (I am 6,4 291 pounds). I recommend the product, because for someone smaller it might help.
