It mixes smoothly with water, no clumps great texture and the taste is surprisingly good for a creatine product. I've noticed an improvement in my workout endurance and muscle recovery. It doesn't upset my stomach like some other creatines do, and I feel like I' would be getting great value for the price. Definitely a solid addition to my supplement stack.

It kept me focused, and it kept me going through the day. I tend to be super sleepy and have a little motivation, but taking this gave me the address I needed. It wasn't gross at all, which I'm super sensitive about. It mixed easily with cold water. And I think the price is good for what you get! I also appreciate the packaging as it's easy to use and looks nice on the counter

I've been adding the fruit punch flavor into my routine and it's actually way better than I expected. It mixes smooth with no gritty layer at the bottom and has that light, refreshing fruit punch taste that doesn't feel overly sweet or artificial. I've been using it after workouts and I've noticed I'm not as sore the next day and my recovery feels a little quicker. I also like that it's caffeine-free so I can pair it with whatever pre-workout or BCAA I'm already using without worrying about getting too much caffeine.
