I like this salt because of the minerals it contains. It tastes just like regular salt but it's much better for you. I wish it was a little cheaper and came in a shaker. But I just pinch it out of the bag as needed.

Pinch of this in 16 oz water in the morning with 1/2 lemon. Cheaper then sports drink and no dyes my legs aren't cramping.
