These are my favorite vitamins. I take one everyday after my dinner. I would experience a lot of vertigo years ago. I decided to buy these vitamins and take one everyday. Well, ever since then I haven't experience anymore vertigo. These vitamins give me lots of energy and they make me feel better. I always take these vitamins. I never stray to another brand.
