Type 2 diabetes Helper.
When I could not take Ozempic or any similar medications, I was left without a medication to help control my Type 2 Diabetes. A friend told me about Ceylon Cinnamon. After a bit of research, I found Nature's Truth. I now take 2,000 mg. with each meal, (6000mg a day) It has helped me control my glucose, lose some weight and get my blood pressure down. I have told friends about it. It is much, much more cheaper than Ozempic and no side effects.

I'm giving this a 4/5 until I can see further proof. I am using this cinnamon for my type 2 diabetes. Hoping to lower my A1-c.
