This cooktop kicked on instantly and heated up fast once you use the right cookware, reaches high power and how well it holds it. When making a large pot of kimchi soup, it brought everything to a boil in seconds in HEAT mode. The bubbling came up evenly across the whole surface. After boilling, I really like how precise the temperature control too, never overboilling when I preset a temperature level. I also appreciate that it's NSF certified. Knowing it meets commercial safety and sanitation standards gives me extra confidence, especially when cooking things like soups and broths for longer periods.
Another thing is how compact it is. When I'm done cooking, it cools down quickly and slides right into a cabinet without taking up much space, which is perfect for a smaller kitchen. Very glad I got it and good value of money!
