Char Broil Aspire Locking Tongs

These tongs actually grip like they are supposed to!! Nothing slides away as these tongs grip securely every time. No more dropped food! No more cheap/bargain tongs for me!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh wow! These are great! Was very excited when these locking tongs arrived. They are sleek, shiny, a great weight, and feel good in the hand. The Charbroil locking tongs are sturdy and made with quality materials, we can all appreciate that. They have a strong grabbing face and are long and narrow allowing to do more fine tuned movements and maneuverability, allowing for greater grill control. It's gonna be clamp this, clamp that, weather you're grilling veggies or meat you can now give 'em the clamps! The locking mechanism is a real treat. simply close close the tongs, and pull back on the metal hook at the end and the tongs are securely locked and ready to be hung up or stored. These tongs are a piece of grilling art.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had these tongs for close to month now. I wanted to make sure I had used them enough to provide an adequate review. For starters, the length on these is perfect. You have easy control of food without fear of burning yourself. The spring lock is very helpful for storage and when not in use. The reason I gave this item 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the fact the tongs don't spring open as easily as I thought they would and the rounded ends act almost as scoop on some foods and digs into them. This makes it difficult to pick up delicate items such as fish fillets. Overall I would recommend these tongs for anyone who enjoys grilling.

Nice tongs, problem is they do not open wide enough for larger steaks, etc.
