Charbroil Gas Grill, Performance Series FlavorMax 4 Burner Grill with Side Burner, Black

Got this on sale just as my old grill broke from age. This grill is nice!! Loads of space and more grill than i need! Works perfectly and looks cool too! I love the thick heavy duty cast iron grates compared to my old grills wire grates. The heat tents did a great job and keeping the flame down while adding some smoky flavor to my steaks.

now this grill cooks hot, so there's no real low setting. so I use my smoker for that. I love it because it cooks fast and I bought the pans for charcoal cooking. that's another negative because for no more than what they are made of, they're expensive. But they ignite easy with the gas and cooks very well with a single layer of coal. on a traditional charcoal grill you pile it high. then spread it out pretty thick. there no lighter fluid with this grill and it cooks evenly across the grill. you use less coals, no lighter fluid flavor, and you use way less coals. I really like it

This is a great working grill and it looks good. The heat tents that come with the grill cover the burner area that helps control flare ups. I ordered charcoal pans to be able to cook using charcoal instead of the gas burners and they fit right under the grates. The side burner is a plus along with 2 shelves underneath and utensil hangers. It takes a few hours to assemble yourself so you might want to consider having the store assemble it for you. I would highly recommend getting this grill.

i would give it 5 dtsrs on all questions but it would only allow 4. I purchased for my hubby. he fired it up yesterday using a lava stone. he is in heaven. said best grill he has ever had. i did alot of researching before purchasing. the option of gas or charcoal/ lava stone great options

good for the price. but not as good as the old infra red. this one has thin metal trays under the grates but they catch a lot of fat and it just burns sitting in there. major flare ups.

Issues with delivery, the item was supposed to be delivered by the door, its clearly not there,we had to move it so it would not be stolen ,it is unacceptable i say we should be compensated for our labor for your error.

First and foremost this grill burns EVERYTHING! The heat shields, according to Charbroil tech support whom I've already spoken with, are designed to catch the grease and burn it at such a high temperature that it evaporates thus causing more flavor on the food. That is per Charbroil. Now the issue is the grease is catching fire before it has the opportunity to evaporate. The other issue is when it IS evaporating, it's causing a massive amount of smoke which is a lot more than usual for a normal grill. I have burned everything I've cooked and Charbroil even asked me to send them a video of me cooking on it, which I did and am now awaiting a reply after 2 weeks. The other issue was from Walmart. The worst customer service I have ever received by far. They delivered my grill to another house AND on the wrong day. When I asked them for a photo of the grill on my front porch they said the driver never took one (conveniently) even though they said he should have. I fought for 2 weeks to try and get another one but Walmart kept insisting I received the grill and even sent me an email stating so. I had my bank block the charge and bought a new one. Walmart, if you have your own drivers delivering stuff, their best weapon is a picture of the product on the porch. None of this would have been an issue had that simple task been done. Definitely the last time I ever buy from Walmart. Depending on Charbroils response, I may never buy from them again either.

Took everything out of the box to assemble. It's missing the two bottom shelves. So irritating,we now have to try and fit everything back in the box to have Fedex pickup. What a wasted hour in the 98 Florida heat unboxing, reading directions and reboxing !! Do better,

Got the grill in and opened the package and started putting it together. There is tons of damage to the grill with bent pieces, scratches, dents, etc. This grill isn't even going to even be usable due to all the damage!!!! To have spent the money that I did for this for my husband as a gift to say I am mad is an understatement!!
