Oh, I was very satisfied with the service I received from Walmart delivery what is clear to me is is should I are give the person delivering chip not chip tip TIP lol it would be nice for someone to know that somewhere. Thank you I will call again.

I have noticed the size of the roll compared to the size if the roll a year ago is quite a stark difference. it is shorter and leaner. I think it is false advertising to claim it is the same as it was before. unless a single roll has shrunk in the same manner, which it probably has, this is the very definition of shrinkflation.

It seems like every time I place an order, the item that I need the most never comes, body wash, laundry detergent, etc. There is no way that these items are out of stock. I think that the shoppers do not want to fool with these items, being that they are under lock and key. It is very frustrating and needs to be improved.

Charmin Ultra Soft is the best. I reviewed it based on prior orders. The latest order I placed NEVER ARRIVED. I selected shipping because my order was not the $35 minimum required to not be charged $6.99 fee for below minimum order amount. The contractor driver canceled the delivery because they had an issue preventing them from delivering it. That was Wednesday June 3rd. After calls to customer service from Wednesday June 3rd to Sunday June 7th, the toilet paper order was cancelled. THE TOILET PAPER I ORDERED WAS NEVER FOUND! I was told to reorder it! I didn't………got toilet paper another way. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD SINCE I BECAME A WALMART PLUS MEMBER 4 YEARS AGO!!!!!!!!!!!

says on pkg 2 layers. it is only one. I have 2 pkgs of this lately and it is not the quality nor 2 layers that it advertises. will go to Charmin, at least for now, its 2 ply.
