I accidentally did change the delivery address of my order and it was delivered to my work instead of my home. After a failed attempt to change the delivery address with the driver and the 800 number. Team Leader Robert from the store contacted me and switched my order to a pick up order instead of cancelling it. I am happy with going to pick it up and not having to do another order and wait for my refund, Next time I will be more diligent with making sure I have the right delivery address. Thanks Robert. I can't stand paying $36 for my usual pack of toilet paper when it use to be $18!!!! It's insane to me! I have bladder issues and need better quality tp so charmin ultra strong is the only thing that cleans and dries me up properly. Or I would use a cheaper product.

Wanted Charmin ultra soft mega rolls but Walmart pickup likes you to think they are out so you get this substitute, which is strong but def not soft. Tired of Walmart saying they are out of things on pickup but are in fact in the store. It's constant!

Absolutely not. One of the last things I will ever buy. This stuff is like wiping your butt. With a lotion filled pillow, and I don't know how the heck anybody would like that, not to mention. If you get a difficult one, let's just talk about paper rolls, or dingleberries or whatever you wanna call it, when this stuff grabs a hold of hair and sticks on and like it's its job absolutely not way too thick, odd feeling, do not like it.We'll never use it if I can.Avoid it

The delivery is starting to be a pain. Its not worth it for me anymore. Its always late and in the past it even been days before my same day delivery has reached me. Im missing products and it isnt sufficient service for me anymore.

This paper is actually a little too thick, does not dissolve well in water so could cause a blockage in the pipes. There is no way this compares to store brand mega rolls - one roll does not last as long as a "mega roll" should have.

Compared to Costco toilet paper, this is pathetic. Rolls claim to be 2 ply. It's thin and rolls are puffed up to seem bigger than they are. Will not ever buy again
