Chefman 4 Slice Belgian Waffle Maker w/ Adjustable Temperature, Stainless Steel

The first time I used this I fell in love with it. I've never had a waffle iron that I didn't have problems with the batter spilling over the sides. I didn't have that problem at all with this one! I plan on having waffles at home a lot more often now!

I love it! Very easy to use! The cooking temperature is one I have never had in a waffle maker before. The no spillover feature is awesome! Easy non stick surface makes it so much easier. I was always filling too full and making a mess. We are having waffles more often than pancakes!

Bought yesterday. Used it this morning. Handle broke off. Went to return to store and had to put a warranty claim in. I saw another review of this happening first time use so I'm sure this is an issue.

This is not a good waffle maker because of one flaw. people are just settling but there are way better out there. The flaw is the lid doesn't have a latch to hold it down when it cooks. So you get waffles that are not cooked even and the right temperature all around. It actually would be perfect if they put that one small thing in the design.

First time user. Light never went “off” to cook. Stayed on entire time. So I have NO idea how long to cook waffles. Waited the “3” mins as it says in book and that’s what I got in the picture. So not much help really. No timer for cook time and seems not really much of a light or darkness indicator.

The entire lid is one hinged piece so if the hinge is not manufactured correctly it obviously does not hold square. If there are loose parts rattling around then maybe dont ship these out. I don't think they have much in the way of quality control as this is not an easy miss to see or hear.

Chefman really outdid themselves with this one, and not in a good way. This waffle maker is awful. It cooks waffles unevenly every single time. One side will be pale and undercooked while another spot is brown, and no amount of adjusting the time fixes it. It also overflows ridiculously easily, even with a normal amount of batter. You end up with a mess all around the edges, and since the plates cannot be removed, cleaning it is a complete pain. For $34, I expected something at least usable. This is barely better than a toy waffle maker, and that is being generous. If I could give an award to the worst waffle maker I have ever used, this one would absolutely make the list. If I could give negative stars, I would. I have no idea how it has a 4.3/5 rating. Please listen to the negative reviews and save your money. This thing is junk.

This is the first waffle iron I purchased of three. This waffle iron had light indicators which seemed to work but at the darkest level the mix did not brown. I tried various mixes and still no browning. I set my phone to alert after FORTY MINUTES and checked it and was shocked that the waffles were hard as a rock and zero browning. I was unable to scrape the waffles off the irons and since the plates aren’t removable it’s impossible to clean. In the trash it went. I should have returned it for a refund.

This is not stainless steel, it’s a nonstick cooking plate with a stainless steel finish!

what a waste of money %26 what a garbage product. cheap light-weight waffle iron making SOGGY waffles no matter HOW hot %26 HOW long you leave them in. browns from the INSIDE out - dark center / light corners. the classic buttermilk waffle recipe produced soggy waffles that tasted like cardboard? NO flavor?..... RETURNING %26 disappointed in such a lousy experience! :(
