A very handy, cost effective, easy-to-clean, space-saving appliance. I had one before and used it every day until the motor went out, and Chefman replaced it for me. I do advise against getting the lighter color. I tried it because it fit my decor, but it shows anything "coffee"!

Easy to use and nice and compact

I think makes better coffee than my KEURIG unit did.

It allows me to use K-cups or my own grounds. I love that it is fast and my coffee is hot. I appreciate that it doesn't require a filter and that it takes up very little space.

pro: coffee was extremely hot cons: did not make a good cup of coffee, I used the same amount of coffee grounds as I do in the single cup coffee maker I have now and it was terrible, also it does not brew in under a minute, I timed it and the 10oz cup I made took 2 minutes and 10 seconds. I will be returning, not worth $40.00

Loved this until it stopped working in less than 2 months.

I would have liked the item if I was sent what I had ordered. I was sent a totally different coffee maker, by a different brand. It was a type of coffee maker that I was replacing because I didn't like the style, and to get that same style of coffee maker, was infurriating.

Purchased this a little less than 2 months ago; we used it sparingly (maybe 4 times on average per week); at first everything was great, no issues. Then, one morning, it did not work properly. Filled the water tank to the appropriate level and pushed the button to brew but only a few drops came out; it did not make the entire cup. Tried to troubleshoot the problem as much as I could but to no avail; the only saving grace/blessing is I'm still able to return it, so I have just started that process.
