Chef's Choice Manual 2-Stage Knife Sharpener

It is hard plastic outside, making it a bit uncomfortable to use. It did a great job sharpening a very cheap knife from difficult to cut through a cucumber to able to slice it paper thin. It is best to sharpen it between uses to keep it sharp. But, then again, I have a 98 cent knife.

This is my third one and I’ll keep buying them. Depending on how often you sharpen but mine lasted years before replacing and I use it nearly everyday!

I had a knife that I've been trying to sharpen with a sharpening rod and a hone. I could never really get it very sharp, but about 20 swipes through this sharpener and this knife is sharp as can be.

im a professional chef and i only use the 2nd stage to keep my knives honed every day but theyre razor sharp

I love it!! Works amazing!! I have always used the rolling type and this is a little bigger but more stable and you just slide the knife through and done. I have very small hands and it works for me
