This is a great garment steamer. Its small and compact and easy to take with you if your traveling. Although im not sure for flights, might be to big to pack in your bags. Its pretty quiet and simple to use with a retractable cord. Would love to see a charging one but this is nice.
This is one of the best steamers ever. It is high performing and does the job quick. I love that. This thing is compact and you can't even put the cord inside that way it doesn't make a mess and you can store it anywhere for easy access. I love my clothes feeling nice and presentable.
I received this for testing purposes. It is compact and useful, but I did burn myself a little bit but that was user error. It worked really well on my blouses and pants. It feels light weight for my small hands, I'm 5'2. Definitely recommend for size and easy use, just careful with the steam
I work with a cat rescue and have been meaning to get a steamer for a long time. Now that I have one I am ecstatic. I love that I can steam all of the cat trees and kill all of the things that may be living on them. It also is incredibly easy to use. I tried it on a pair of pants as well and voila, no more wrinkles. My only issue is that the cord is not very long which is a tragedy. I could have used this on my taller cat trees if the cord was just a bit longer.
I'm just trying to see how much I paid for this thing and I'm forced into a review I think I might have overpaid for it even with Walmart days let me just leave this review here so I can get on to my next line of business
What a wonderful steamer. The quality is excellent.. It works so well immediately out of the box. The steam force is amazing and the wrinkles do come out. It has a much larger water capacity, which is really very nice, you are not constantly having to refill it. This is an amazing product. I tried a $75 Rowenta first. MY MISTAKE. I should've read the reviews and I didn't. !! It did not work at all. A total waste of money and a product that should NOT EVEN BE SOLD. I returned it immediately!! . THIS CHI STEAMER IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. VERY WORTH THE MONEY. I highly recommend anybody buying it.
It's much better than any other store bought steamer I have purchased. I live the settings, the handle, and learning how to use it was very easy. This one is not noisy, removed wrinkles effortlessly and heated quickly. My only complaint is that it's a bit heavy so using it for larger items like curtains is a workout.
I used this CHI steamer to steam my linen curtains, which is a notoriously wrinkly fabric. For reference, in this photo the curtain on the left is not steamed, and the curtain on the right is after steaming. The steamer works great. It's a handheld component, which does mean that it's a little bit heavy if you're using it for long periods of time. However this is a lot more portable and affordable than an industrial steamer. the tank is a little on the small side, so if you are steaming multiple garments you may need to refill. I love the retractable cord detail. Overall, this is wonderful home steamer for me and my lifestyle!
I put distilled water in this and it stained my shirts! It leaves water marks all over whatever I steam. It doesn't work as well as other CHI steamers I've owned. Stupidly I didn't use this until outside of the return policy so I'm stuck with a piece of junk I'll never use again because I don't want to continue ruining my clothes and tabelcloths
The steamer didn't work from the get go. It warmed up but never produced steam. … In order to return the defective steamer I have to drive over an hour literally to the next state over. There's a reason I purchased it online. Don't waste your money!
