Highly Recommend
My daughter has trouble chewing and swallowing the gummies, so I thought we would try a liquid. I am so glad we did. She loves this and she even takes it on her own.

Seems to help keep my son healthy
My sisters both recommended for my son, and they seem to help keep him healthy. I give it daily as well as a multivitamin. If he's looking like he might get sick, I increase dosage per directions.

Not sure on the effectiveness since I can't seem to be consistant with giving it to my kids. I will say that they prefer the flavor of this echinacea over the previous one that I bought. The other was Herbs for Kids Sweet Echinacea. My 5 year old refused to take it for a second time.
