reliable herbal boost for immune support that's ge
I started taking the Nature's Bounty Echinacea & Goldenseal Root to help support my immune system, especially during seasonal changes. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't have an unpleasant aftertaste, which is a big plus. After a few weeks of consistent use, I noticed fewer colds and felt less run-down overall. I got these and thought it was 1 pill per day bc it lists the serving size as 1 pill. yeah....1 pill 6x a day. Who would want to take this pill 6 times a day???
