Helps my kid when the back to school colds strike
This is what I turn to when my son has a cold. The consistency isn't that awful sticky syrup so medicines are it smells like grape and I don't get fought as hard because of the grape flavor. Starts to fade in effectiveness about 30 minutes before his next dose

just buy this its better then normal cold meds
this honestly is better than any cough medicine I've ever tried it has Tylenol and the normal cold medicine stuff so it's really a win win for me as a mom of three and it's really fast acting

Works
Sounds really absurd however this liquid medicine works better for me than the adult version! I don’t have that medicine head feeling when I take it and I believe it gets to work faster maybe because it’s liquid.

Cold symptoms
Overall best Tylenol just wish I could find it at other stores it sells out so quick. Usually Tylenol is fever but these are cold, cough, and runny nose. Perfect for flu symptoms or illness.

Not for children under 6
I bought this for my 36lb 2 year old who's sick with a cold. I read the label about it only being for children 6-11yrs old, but figured she might be ok since she's at least 36lbs. Plus I bought it because it was all my Wal-Mart had. Spoke with a pharamcist the next day just to be safe and I can't even use it. Tylenol really shouldn't call this children's Tylenol if not all children 2 and older can use it. Will have to give this stuff away so my money doesnt go to waste. Sadly I already opened the box.
