I wanted this bed because my husband snores and a week after we got it he was in a motorcycle accident with every limb but his right leg broke. This bed helped us be able to bring him home from the hospital because he would be able to get in and out of bed

i opted n paid for angie assembly service to come to assemble my bed and theres no need for them. i requested refund and its a 5 to 10 day wait. Theres no other complaints but the wait on refunding items n services. all together the bed is great with easy self assembly

I purchased the 14 inch mattress with the adjustable base. I was definitely skeptical of a “bed in a box“ because I prefer a very firm mattress. This mattress is perfect! It is very firm and the adjustable base easily… although somewhat slowly… Raises and lowers the mattress with no problem.

Delivered as expected, in good condition. Very easy to put it up. Straight forward instructions. Bed seems to work as well as the very costly one that I had for years . The motor went out after 20 years!!!! Hope this one lasts as long! I cant tell the difference in any way except 90% less expensive.

The bed was easy to assemble and works great with our memory foam mattress. It is easy to change positions. It is very quiet on our tile floor. The elevated feet position has worked great on my leg swelling. The charger is very handy. We have it at the highest clearance off the floor. The frame is very sturdy and good quality. I would recommend it.

Easy to put together, even for 1 person. Probably would be nicer to have 2 people to set up, but can be done with 1. The adjustments are smooth and it allows me to sleep in a recliner like position. The massage feels good even through my get infused 10" thick mattress. I was a little worried about that. Remote is easy to operate, haven't set everything up yet. I think it will provide many years of comfort.

So far so good. I made my purchase on Oct 13, 2025. The system showed I would receive the bed between Oct 18th and the 21st. I received it Oct 15th. It is a replacement for an adjustable bed I paid way to much for and it didn't have the extras this one has and it quit when the warranty did. I will update later. I hope this helps.

I purchased a queen size, bedframe, and memory foam mattress. Everything was great, but I do not like the loud motor sounds that the massage of the head the foot makes. It's very loud. It needs to be much more quieter when using it. If you can do that this would be a great mattress box frame.

The stars are only because of the CHITOOMA Electric Adjustable Bed Frame. I purchased the full-sized option. It works wonderfully, and all options are perfect. The 10 Inch Gel Memory Foam Mattress that comes with it, on the other hand, is terrible! It's lumpy and beyond firm. Very disappointed with it.

The only issue is a big issue. The bar that should be present to keep the mattress from sliding down was not present. I cannot find any contact info either here through Walmart or anywhere on the www or youtube in order to ascertain where the bar should have been. I've looked underneath three times and do not see one. I would expect it to be there. Without it, the mattress slides down and the pillows fall of the top. This should be a very minor thing to correct, but it can't be corrected if there's no way to reach out to them. Maybe they will see this and respond. I think it is gonna be fine otherwise, but the mattress slipping is a really big deal.
