Cholula Chiles & Pepitas Chili Crisp Sauce, 8.0 oz Bottle

Really enjoyed the flavor of this chili crisp sauce! It has a great crunchy texture from the pepitas and adds a lot of flavor to meals. It was a little spicy for me personally, but still very tasty and balanced. I've been adding it to eggs and rice bowls and it makes everything more flavorful.

I received the Cholula Chilies & Pepitas Chili Crisp Sauce as a sample and honestly ended up loving it. The flavor is really well balanced — smoky, savory, and slightly nutty from the pepitas. It has just the right amount of heat without overpowering the food. I've been putting it on eggs almost every morning and it takes them to another level. The crunch from the crisp adds a nice texture too. Definitely one of the better chili crisp sauces I've tried, especially if you want flavor along with spice instead of just straight heat.

It feels much more substantial than your average hot sauce. onestly, I've been putting this on everything lately. ​Breakfast -A spoonful over fried eggs or avocado toast. ​Dinner -Drizzled over grilled chicken, tacos, or even a simple bowl of white rice. ​Snacks- It sounds wild, but a little drizzle over some hummus or even a savory cream cheese dip is incredible

Wow!!! That's all that I can say about this salsa. I am very picky with what I buy that sometimes I make my own because it's hard to find a store product with the flavor I'm looking for. This one is a little of everything. It's spicy, crispy, flavor in every bite. I absolutely recommend everyone try it. It's that good!

I was surprised how much I loved this! I have tried a number of chili oils and they are all relatively similar; I didn't expect that the Cholula chili oil would stand out but I was pleasantly surprised that it did! The heat is tasty and strong without being overpowering and the flavors are deep and bold. I can think of a tons of ways to incorporate the chili crisp into my meals and look forward to cooking with this product more. I have tried it several different ways and it hasn't disappointed. First was in an Asian style dum8ng mixed into the ground pork. It added a nice spicy but also texture from the seeds was an bonus. Second was on Ramen just a few health tablespoons on a few packages of Ramen and it was an easy side. Definitely a keeper there! Lastly was as a finisher on some baked salmon fillets. I really am enjoying this and look for new ways to incorporate into a meal.

If you enjoy a little heat, or just wanna try something new. Give this a try. It will leave your tastebuds tingling. The Pepitas add a little something extra to it that I really liked a lot. I'm interested to see if they have other flavors and variations to try.

I very much loved the flavor and crunch of this. I felt it was very oil dense. I had to empty a lot of it as it was just too much oil. I also felt if it were a more healthy oil say like olive or avocado oil it would have not given my belly upset as it did with the chosen oil.

This sauce had a wonderful variety of seeds, which gave it a nice flavor and texture. However, this sauce was very oily and was WAY too hot (spice level) for my palette that can only tolerate up to a true medium spice level. I would say that this is SPICY/HOT level of spice, not a medium level. I used this on a sandwich, which again, would have added a nice flavor to it, but my mouth was burning. Also, the oil from the sauce was dripping out of the sandwich. I also added a small amount to a skillet of rice, which added to the flavor, but again, too spicy for me. I believe I might enjoy a MILD version of this sauce to flavor different dishes (quesadillas, sandwiches, etc.). I have been given a jar of this in exchange for my honest review.
