I was skeptical, but HIGHLY impressed with this one. I always worry that hot sauces will be hot with zero flavor. This one you can smell the jalapeño but not just heat. It's the same with the flavor! This tastes like jalapeños and poblano and has the spice to along with it. I can't say enough about this but I do love my green peppers! 😂

I was super excited to try this green pepper hot sauce, something different than the usual red sauces. This did not disappoint! It has a great Jalapeño flavor, it isn't too vinegar-y and there is spice but it's not TOO spicy. I used it on eggs and pizza, it was great on both. My husband and 13 y/o son both enjoyed it as well.

I use this green sauce in making any stir fry veggies, noodles, soups to increase the taste of the food. Before using this for dishes I tasted the sauce directly and it does not taste with any added preservatives and pure Green Pepper sauce. It is delicious. Another fancy thing is that the opening is very small therefore one cannot accidently pour too much quantity.
