It's for me.
Simple with a liking for Italian dressing. A half a shot in with a meal for me is great. I don't mind the directions The mild stuff is disappearing because it's wonderful!.

A gentle, cleansing effect
I like how I feel after taking a Tablespoon. Only time will tell how protective it really is for warding off bad bugs!

I compared this to a bottle I bought directly from Dr. Christopher's and this product is markedly lighter and smells much stronger of apple cider vinegar. This is not a legit product.
