I wanted Soprano gig bag, they sent Concert size!
I ordered a ChromaCast Soprano Ukulele Soft Case, Padded Gig Bag online through Walmart.. The bag was delivered a day early. However, instead of putting it in a box, it was folded in half and put in a single ply plastic bag with no outside padding. After opening the plastic bag, I took out the case and worked on getting it back into shape so my ukulele would fit. It was then that I realized that they had shipped me a Concert size gig bag. It is way to big for my Pineapple Soprano uke. I sent a email to Walmart customer service, but so far haven't heard back from anyone. In spite of the mix up, I still would like a soprano size gig bag. If I can be assured that they will do the right thing and get the order right, I'd give them a 4.5 rating....
