The seller is very helpful. I called customer care to ask if the laptop had a stylus, and they said yes. However, this model does not include it. I contacted the seller, and they sent me a stylus anyway. They also helped me with the features of the stylus when it did not work properly. The laptop is very good, and at a very resonable price. It has backlit keys and fast interface. The only thing it doesn't have is a keypad on the side. I highly recommend it!
This computer is shockingly of good quality considering the price! Plenty of RAM and storage, backlit keyboard that feels almost luxurious to type on and track pad is smooth and onpoint when you click an item. 360 hinge blows my mind! I paid less for this computer than a Refurb HP with lesser specs and not nearly as well constructed. Only con so far is the only charger port is for a C-type charger.
I like it but it does not hold a charge very well. Also it says that my version is out of date and it won't update, and the CHUWI phone number is not in the USA.
The only problem so far is the battery life it only so far last about 4hr unplugged. Other than that so far it's good, I've only had laptop about a week.
Misleading with showing styles. Thought it came with it, if the picture shows a computer with a styles, you assumed it came with it. That was a big disappointment for her. Otherwise it's a pretty decent computer for the price.
I like the size and speed although just the enter key is a little hard need to press extra hard. Also, no original USB only USBC. Slow charging
Terrible!!! First of all it gets extremely hot even if you turn on for 20 minutes, it says Windows 11 but it was not and it did not let me update. I deleted all my information out as new and returned it to Walmart. Terrible!
For the first 2 months the laptop was fine but now all sorts of problem. I can’t download any apps or update anything without an error. I even tried resting and it wouldn’t let me. Ridiculous don’t waste you money on it. I’ve have it for a lil over 5 months and started acting up on the 3rd month.
Never received. Walmart issued a refund as soon as it got to their local store. It was never even delivered!
purchased for my 11 year old granddaughter's Christmas gift and she is totally frustrated. Does not hold charge and will not set up properly.
